Job Description:
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is thrilled to announce the launch of our Internship Graduate Students Program for the year 2024. We are seeking motivated and talented individuals to join us and contribute to the critical work of protecting intellectual property. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting various functions within the USPTO.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis related to intellectual property laws and regulations.
- Assist in the examination and processing of patent and trademark applications.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals on special projects and initiatives.

- Contribute to the development and enhancement of USPTO processes.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited institution.

Experience:
- Prior internship or coursework related to intellectual property is advantageous but not mandatory.
