Job Description:
The SeaTac Airport Internship Graduate Program offers graduate students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of airport management, operations, and administration. Interns will work closely with airport staff on projects and initiatives to enhance the efficiency, safety, and customer experience at SeaTac Airport.

- Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of airport projects and programs.
- Conduct research and analysis on airport operations, trends, and best practices.
- Support departments such as aviation operations, facilities management, customer service, marketing, and finance.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to learn about airport operations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with airport stakeholders, including airlines, vendors, government agencies, and community partners.
- Assist in developing and updating policies, procedures, and guidelines related to airport operations and security.
- Provide support in responding to inquiries and resolving issues from passengers, tenants, and other stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:
- Enrollment in a graduate program at an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a degree in aviation management, transportation planning, business administration, public administration, or related field.
- Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA as specified by SeaTac Airport.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States.
