Job Description:

  1. Support the development and execution of strategic communication plans.
  2. Assist in drafting press releases, articles, and social media content.
  3. Monitor media coverage and prepare summaries for internal distribution.
  4. Contribute to the organization of events, press conferences, and community outreach programs.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for communication materials.
  6. Engage in research to stay informed about industry trends and public sentiment.
  7. Provide administrative support to the Public Affairs department.

Qualifications:

  1. Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (communications, public relations, journalism, or related field).
  2. Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. A genuine interest in public affairs, communications, and media relations.

Experience:

While prior internship experience is not required, candidates with relevant experience or coursework in public relations and communications will be preferred.

Skills:
