  1. Support day-to-day operations within various departments, including sales, merchandising, customer service, and administration.
  2. Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to optimize store layout and presentation.
  3. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and resolving issues.
  5. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge in retail management and business operations.

Requirements:

  1. Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, retail management, or a related field.
  2. Strong academic record with coursework relevant to retail operations, marketing, or business management.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  5. Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  2. Basic understanding of retail principles, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
  3. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
  5. Enthusiasm for retail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Experience:

Previous retail experience, internships, or coursework related to retail management, marketing, or business administration is desirable but not required. We welcome applications from students with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
