• Assist with day-to-day operations in assigned departments, including retail, operations, marketing, and finance

• Provide support to managers and supervisors as needed
• Conduct research and analysis to support departmental goals and objectives

• Complete assigned tasks and projects in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program
• Pursuing a degree in business, marketing, hospitality, retail management, or a related field
• Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience:

• Previous internship or work experience in retail, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Experience with customer service, sales, or operations is a plus
