Responsibilities:
- Assist with cataloging, archiving, and preserving library materials.
- Conduct research, compile bibliographies, and prepare reports.
- Support digitization projects and metadata creation.
- Assist patrons with reference inquiries and information requests.
- Participate in library events, workshops, and tours.
- Collaborate with librarians and staff on special projects.
- Contribute to social media and outreach efforts.
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

- Currently enrolled in a college or university program or recent graduate.
- Pursuing a degree in library science, information science, history, or related field.
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA as specified by the program.
- Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in relevant technologies and software.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Availability to work full-time during the internship period.

- Volunteer experience or involvement in extracurricular activities related to libraries or cultural institutions is a plus.
