Job Description:

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) is excited to announce internship opportunities through the Internship Application Program in 2024. Join our team and contribute to the critical mission of providing world-class training to federal law enforcement personnel.

1. Collaborate with FLETC professionals on projects related to your academic discipline (e.g., criminal justice, law, psychology, IT, etc.).
2. Assist in research, data analysis, and the development of training materials.
3. Participate in training programs and observe law enforcement simulations.
4. Contribute to the organization and coordination of training events.
5. Engage in administrative tasks and support day-to-day operations.
6. Attend workshops and seminars to enhance your knowledge of federal law enforcement.

Qualifications:

1. Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in a relevant field.
2. Pursuing a degree in areas such as criminal justice, law enforcement, psychology, information technology, or related disciplines.
3. Strong academic record and a commitment to public service.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience: While previous internship experience is not mandatory, a demonstrated interest in law enforcement and public service is essential.
