The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is excited to announce its Internship Program for Undergraduate Students in 2024.   • Assist in research and analysis related to regulatory policies and public health issues.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports, briefings, and other communication materials.
  • Collaborate with FDA professionals on ongoing projects and initiatives.

  • Engage in administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the FDA.
  • Contribute to projects related to food safety, drug approvals, medical devices, or other regulatory areas.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in a relevant field such as public health, biology, chemistry, regulatory affairs, or a related discipline.
  • Strong academic record with coursework relevant to public health and regulatory affairs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated interest in public health and regulatory science.

Experience:

  • Previous internship, coursework, or volunteer experience in public health or regulatory affairs is advantageous but not required.
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations and processes is a plus.
