Job Description:

Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program with a focus on labor relations, human resources, public policy, economics, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
Experience: Previous internship or coursework related to labor issues, policy analysis, or government affairs is a plus but not required.
